Sigilo is born of nature, in it is hidden, with it is dressed. The captivating valley and overwhelming vegetation are the germ of
a project that seeks to disappear in order to find silence.
Two stone walls are embedded in the mountain, a span is which lifts them up on the dirt road leading to the small village. Between them appears a hollow, a narrow entrance to the man-made cave. Those walls lead us from the cave to the forest, from darkness to light.
Sigilo aims to achieve harmony with the environment. The energy of the valley erects a space that penetrates the forest, is part of it.
