The ring responds to a need, the connection of two municipalities separated by a great urban void. This vacuum is transformed into a vision of the future, a proposal that aims to address all areas and imagine a possible life in a building with everything necessary but isolated from the environment.
The void is filled with vegetation at the same time as the infrastructure itself creates a habitable, useful and efficient space. The program can vary infinitely, the communication nucleous differentiate them. The crossing has been resolved and transformed into life, infrastructure and leisure or the habitat united in the same modulable and flexible complex.
